Fodder yeast is based on microbial protein- Sacharomyces cerevisiae.

Color - from light-yellow to light-brown

 

Protein - from 40% to 46%

Pre-packing - polypropylene bags of 40 kg and big-bags of 1000 kg.

 

Flavor: typical for yeast, odorless.
 

 

 

Using of fodder yeast

Fodder yeast is the most valuable protein additive which leads to better fattening of cattle, poultry, fur-bearing animals and fish. It adds to feed that increases gain in weight while saving of 20% feed.It is possible to add fodder yeast to diet of animals. Protein of fodder yeast is characterized with high rate of digestibility and bio-availability. These indicators let fodder yeast be between vegetable and animal protein.

 

There are such vitamins as D, K, E, ferments and hormones which let take up protein and carbohydrate better. Fodder yeast is used for replenishment of amino acid, vitamins lack and adds to concentrated feed.

 

Fodder yeast contains protein that has all vital amino acids. It makes fodder yeast valuable. Fodder yeast lets take up grain and other feed that results in weight gain and feed saving. 

For calf:

 

Fodder yeast can be used as a part of feed for calf and cattle. Fodder yeast can replace 20-30% of whole milk for calf and give daily gain in weight of 650-70 gr. While calf growing 1 kg of fodder yeast replaces 4-6 kg of milk. Moreover it lets get 320 gr of meat more. Fodder yeast leads to increasing of milk-yield by 3-3,5 liter in a day and fat by 0,4-0,6%.

 

For fur-bearing animals:

Fodder yeast is valuable ingredient for these animals because fodder yeast replaces 30% of meat food. Using of fodder yeast resulted in better resistance power and improving quality of fur.

 

For horses:

Fodder yeast improves speed and stamina but reduces fatigue.

 

For poultry:

It is especially efficient to use fodder yeast for poultry. Fodder yeast is extremely important for poultry because of complex of vitamins B. Fodder yeast is vital for chicken and poultry who is cage housing. 5% of fodder yeast increases egg-laying capacity by 25-40%(depends on breed), but 10% of fodder yeast  increases it by 28-51%. 1 kg of fodder yeast lets increase eggs by 30-40.

 

For fish:

Fodder yeast has 50% of crude protein which contains amino acids, vitamins B. These components contribute to growth and better using of vegetable feed. It was found out that 4% of fodder yeast instead of sunflower meal leads to growth of fingerling and two-year old fish. Moreover it lets reduce feed by 11-12%.

 

For swine:

For swine fodder yeast is used at a dose of 5-10% from whole diet.

120-150 gr of fodder yeast which is added to frumentaceous for yelt of 25-40 kg increase gain in weight by 15-20%. Feed consumption reduces by 9-10% per 1 kg of weight gain. 

 

Doses per 1 animal in a day:

  • Boar- 100-250 gr;

  • Breeding pig- 200-350 gr;

  • Lactating sow- 400-500 gr;

  • Pig to 2 month- 30-70 gr;

  • Weaned pig- 80-130 gr.

 

 

Liquid fodder yeast can be used for swine at a dose of 1-3 kg per day.
